Kemp Little LLP, the leading technology law firm, is pleased to announce that Ed Baker has been promoted to become a partner of the firm.
Ed is a specialist technology and outsourcing lawyer with particular expertise in advising clients on complex IT contracts, including those relating to cloud, robotics, open source software and agile development methodologies. Ed, who joined Kemp Little in 2010, is also certified as an agile IT developer.
Commenting on his appointment, Ed said: “During my time with Kemp Little I have seen the growth of the Commercial Technology team to become one of the strongest in the City.
