7. The German DPA Bundesbeauftragter für den Datenschutz und die Informationsfreiheit imposed a fine of €9.550.000 to 1&1 Telecom GmbH for a lack of security. Link.
8. The German DPA Bundesbeauftragter für den Datenschutz und die Informationsfreiheit issued a €10,000 fine to a micro-enterprise telecommunications provider. Link.
9. The Berliner Beauftragten für Datenschutz imposed a €14.5m fine on Deutche Wohnen for breach of the storage limitation principle. Link.
